OUR RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
We value your business and in good faith we do not charge a re-stocking fee for returns or cancellations. However, we do charge the ‘out-of-pocket’ expenses, like the original shipping cost, if we have shipped the item(s). This policy applies to all products sold on this website unless the return is due to a shipping mistake by us or damage during shipping.
NOTIFICATION OF A RETURN IS REQUIRED BEFORE THE ITEM IS SHIPPED TO US BY CONTACTING US AT 805-687-9493.
Return requests must be received by us within three (3) calendar days of your receipt of the item(s).
CANCELLATIONS must be made within twenty four (24) hours of the purchase
date. Items returned must be in an unused state. Please note that due to
the cancellation policy, orders will be shipped after the first twenty four (24) hour period.
